Originally from Brazil with an Italian background, I bring a love for movement, connection, and good energy to everything I do.

After seven years in Australia, where I studied sports, became a professional athlete, and built my coaching career. I moved to Amsterdam in 2024 to continue helping people feel and perform at their best.

As Manager at De Fysio Box, my goal is to create a space where both clients and the team can grow, stay motivated, and enjoy the journey. Outside of work, I’m all about movies, BBQs with friends, and exploring Amsterdam’s hidden spots.
